Step 1 Order
Firstly,Search for a vehicle you would like to purchase.
Using “Add to cart”
Click the “Add to cart” button to add the selected vehicles to the shopping cart, you can add one or more vehicles to the shopping cart at a time.
Using “View cart”
Click the “View cart” button to enter the shopping cart to view the selected vehicle information.
Using “Apply coupon”
Click the “Apply coupon” button to use the coupon (if the account has a valid coupon, the coupon will usually be emailed to your registered email address during festivals or promotions, please pay attention to the expiration date of the coupon.), If there are no coupons for now, leave it blank.
Using “Proceed to checkout”
Click the “Proceed to checkout” button to enter the settlement page. In this page, please be sure to fill in each line of information accurately. These information are very important and will be used as an important basis for subsequent Chinese customs declaration, destination customs clearance, and goods receipt. , after filling in, finally check the vehicle name, quantity, price and other information, and click the “Place order” button after confirming that it is correct.
Waiting and Check PI (Proforma Invoice)
After you submit your order, we will calculate for you the transportation fee, insurance fee, loading fee and other expenses that you need to pay for the vehicle to be exported from China to your destination within 48 hours. After the calculation is completed, we will The official PI (Proforma Invoice) will be sent to your registered email address by email, please pay attention to check it.
Step 2 Payment
After receiving PI, please click “My Account” on the website to log in to your account, find the corresponding order in “Order”, and make payment. We currently support payment methods: bank wire transfer (T/T), credit card, Paypal and other mainstream international payment methods.
After completing the payment, please take a screenshot or download of the payment voucher and send it to your dedicated account manager or send the voucher to pay@sinoauto.net.
Step 3 Shipment
When payment is received, we will send you the shipping schedule for your order.
After vehicle(s) is shipped, we will prepare the original documents required for import customs clearance including Bill of Lading. The documents will be delivered by DHL Express to your preferred address or to you by electronic bill of lading.
We will send the transportation and logistics information to your mailbox by email in time, and you can check the logistics status at any time. (It should be noted that most of the freight companies currently support logistics information tracking. Whether it is possible to query the logistics status in real time depends on the system of the specific logistics company.)
Step 4 Delivery
Receive your vehicle at the Agreed Destination. You are required to clear vehicle(s) at the customs, usually through a clearing agent.
After the vehicle is delivered to the destination customs, you can freely choose a local customs clearance agent and a local logistics and transportation company to transport your car to a location near your address, or you can also inform us in advance that you need to entrust us to help you find The relevant agencies provide corresponding services.
