Are the prices on Sinoauto’s website final?

The “price” seen on SinoAuto’s website refers only to the price of the vehicle, ie FOB price in international trade. Shipping should be added to the FOB price when you purchase a vehicle from us. Upon receipt of the vehicle, you will be responsible for paying port clearance fees, import duties, taxes and any additional fees required by your country or port of discharge (you can also tell us in advance and let us help you find and contact the agency, but you need to You shall bear the corresponding costs).
Caution:because the number of cars is very large, and each model has many different sub-models, we will only choose one representative vehicle to display on the website. If you have special needs, please contact us and tell us your requirements. We match you with the vehicle that best meets your requirements and offer you the price individually.

Can you show me the condition of the vehicle?

We provide high-definition photos of the vehicle for your viewing, if you want to know more details, please contact our account manager

Can you ship auto parts inside the vehicle I am buying?

No, we are not allowed to put anything inside the vehicle unless it is shipped by container.

What are the rules/regulations for importing vehicles?

For your country’s export rules and procedures, including the Pre-Export Inspection Checklist, please visit the appropriate government agency in your country.
It is strongly recommended that you research what is expected of you as a vehicle importer in your country and understand all risks and responsibilities before importing your vehicle.

What are your office hours?

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Beijing time, China). Please note that the lunch break is from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm,

What is a proforma invoice and how do I receive it?

It is a “final estimate” in the form of an invoice based on the selected vehicle and shipping conditions. In order to receive a proforma invoice, please follow the steps below.

 

1. Visit our website and click on the vehicle you like.

2. Fill in all required information on the order page and click “Proceed the order” to send us the order.

3. We will promptly process your order and reply to your inquiry, we can start the negotiation process.

4. If you and us agree on pricing and conditions, you will be notified of new orders.

5. You will receive a proforma invoice.

What is city delivery?

A service provided by SinoAuto for transferring the vehicle from the port of discharge to a designated city/border for delivery to the consignee.

How to calculate the all-inclusive price for city delivery?

The cost needs to be calculated manually, because the logistics quotation of each region changes dynamically, so please write a note when placing an order. SinoAuto will provide you with urban distribution services, or take the initiative to inform our account manager so that we can calculate the relevant fees into the order total price.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept any form of currency that supports cross-border payment methods, depending on your choice.

What payment methods can we use?

At present, we accept mainstream payments through bank wire transfer, credit card, PAYPAL, etc., but we prefer to use bank wire transfer, so that the bank will provide you with a payment certificate, which is the most effective proof of payment.

Does the vehicle require a pre-export inspection?

The Chinese government has mandatory inspection and inspection requirements for exported new/used cars. All exported second-hand cars must undergo strict quality inspection before they can be traded, which completely avoids the export and circulation of problematic vehicles.

Did you list the year of manufacture of the vehicle?

Yes, we have an accurate year of manufacture and mileage for each of our vehicles

Does the vehicle come with an English manual?

No, the user manual of the vehicle may be lost because of the original owner, and we sell cars used in China, and the manual is also in Chinese

How many vehicles do you have in your inventory and how often are they updated?

We are in the city with the most cars in China – Chengdu, Sichuan, it is second only to Beijing in terms of the total number of cars, but the price is cheaper than Beijing, we have a continuous inventory of more than 10,000 vehicles per day, you can buy what you want through us of all vehicles.

Are alternate keys provided?

It depends on the situation. If you cannot find the spare key in the glove box of the vehicle, the spare key will not be provided. You will be responsible for making a copy when you receive the vehicle.

May I ask you to change the odometer reading (mileage) of the vehicle?

No, it is illegal to change a vehicle’s odometer reading. We do not engage in illegal conduct for any reason.

Can I apply for a vehicle that is not listed on your website?

absolute! Please don’t hesitate, we can’t display all vehicles on the website, at some point you just need to tell us what vehicle you are looking for. Our staff will do their best to find the vehicle that best suits your requirements.

Can you install an audio system or other components like alloy wheels?

Yes, we can. Please tell us what you would like us to install before asking for a pro forma invoice, and we will ship the vehicle as ready as possible to your specifications.

Can you ship auto parts in the vehicle I purchased?

No, we are not allowed to put anything in the car unless it is shipped in a container.

Can I arrange to see your vehicle in person?

You are very welcome to visit and inspect our local area, and we will accompany you throughout the entire inspection.

 Booking & Shipping

How long does it take for the transport ship to reach my port?

We do our best to deliver your vehicle so that you receive it in a timely manner. The durations given below are from the designated Chinese port to your port of discharge. Please note that these are estimates based on our past experience and cannot be guaranteed.

Africa:
It takes about 5-7 weeks from Chinese port to most ports in Africa
South America:
It takes about 4-7 weeks from Chinese ports to most ports in South America
Eurasia:
It takes about 2-4 weeks from Chinese ports to most ports in Europe and Asia by rail or land

Is there tracking information for logistics?

It cannot be completely guaranteed, it depends on whether the logistics company can provide it, but at present, most logistics companies in the world can support it, and we will also choose such logistics companies to cooperate.

Can you export the vehicle immediately after I pay?

No, after you have paid, we will go through the procedures for the transfer and export of the vehicle in China. This time is about 1 week, and we will export the vehicle as soon as the procedure is completed.

What information do you need from me to start booking a carrier for my vehicle?

The following information is required to book a shipment of goods. Please read the following carefully and provide us with all requested information. Most of the information is requested by the contracted shipping company, not by SinoAuto.

Port of Discharge: The port of discharge of the vessel closest to you.

Vehicle Destination: Where the vehicle is actually used. Please provide the name of the country in which the vehicle is registered.

Consignee: This is the “prospective owner” of the vehicle. Please list the consignee’s full name and his/her “real” name, full address (without any initials) and phone number as it appears on his/her passport or ID. To receive your bill of lading from a shipping company, all consignee information must be provided.

In addition, when providing us with your booking information, please be aware of the following:

●If the full name and address of the consignee are not provided, the shipping company will delay your reservation. Complete information must be provided.
● There must be no spelling mistakes in the consignee’s name. Even the smallest mistakes can be affected by amendments to the bill of lading, which can cost you additional costs and time.

Notifying Party: This is the person the shipping agent contacts to notify your ship of the confirmed date of arrival at the port. If you have private clearing agents, you can list them here, although this is not mandatory as you do not need to declare a clearing agent on the bill of lading. If you don’t have an agent, the easiest way is to simply write “same as consignee”.

DHL Shipping Address: This information is required in order for us to ship your documents, including your Bill of Lading, by DHL Express. Please provide the recipient’s full name, full address (without any abbreviations) and phone number. Please note that incomplete information may delay the delivery of your documents.

Why are there so many changes and delays in shipping schedules?

These changes are made by contracted shipping companies, and we, as exporters, have no right to interfere in their decisions.
